You don’t sell the tool → you sell the service at an undercut but premium fee and use the AI tool internally to delivery the work.

Watch: Work is still done in‑house, and it’s heavy on judgment, politics, and relationships. AI can help with drafts, research, and shortlists – but it doesn’t replace the team any time soon.

For now, this is a copilot market: build tools that make these people faster, not services that try to take over their job.

Next Wave: Work is mostly rules‑based, but companies still keep it in‑house for now.

If you’re building here → design it like a service you could eventually sell as “we’ll run this entire function for you,” even if you start as a tool.
