✋ Stop! You’re Using ChatGPT Wrong
...and never even realised. Do these 3 things to 10x your results. Full video walkthrough below 👇
Most people treat ChatGPT like Google—they type a quick question and cross their fingers.
But here’s the thing: ChatGPT doesn’t think like a search engine… it thinks like a collaborator.
If you're not prompting the right way, you're leaving 90% of its potential untapped.
Here's how I turned ChatGPT into a powerful assistant:
Instead of vague prompts, I train ChatGPT to think like an expert by assigning it specific roles—almost like hiring a team of mini AI specialists.
💡 Here’s what I do:
Inside my ChatGPT Projects, I build specialised assistants for different tasks.
I refine these roles over time, making them smarter with every use.
Instead of random answers, I consistently get deep, insightful outputs.

Stop Asking Questions—Start Creating AI Assistants
❌ Weak Prompt: "Give me 5 business ideas using AI."
✅ Strong Prompt: "You are a seasoned AI entrepreneur. Your task is to generate 5 AI-powered business ideas that solve real-world problems and have strong monetization potential. Think like an investor."
Why It Works:
ChatGPT performs better when given a specific role or persona.
Instead of a generic list, you get ideas with depth, context, and strategy.

Think Like a Manager, Not a Micromanager
❌ Don’t throw massive tasks at ChatGPT expecting perfection. That’s like handing an intern a 100-page manual and saying, “Figure it out.”
✅ Instead, act like a good manager.
Start with the big picture ("Let’s outline the key steps first").
Then, break it down step by step ("Now expand step 1 into a full strategy").
🚀 This builds momentum, keeps AI focused, and gives you way better results.

Claude + ChatGPT: The AI Power Duo
If ChatGPT’s responses feel unstructured or shallow, it's because you're asking it to strategise and execute simultaneously.
A simple fix? Split the work between two AIs.
We’re going to add Claude AI to the workflow. Here it goes:
1️⃣ Claude = The Architect → Ask Claude for structured outlines and clear frameworks.
Example: “ Give me a structured framework for launching an AI-powered newsletter.”
2️⃣ ChatGPT = The Builder → Feed Claude’s structured ideas into ChatGPT for detailed, polished content.
Example: “Take this outline and write a compelling first email.”
🚀 Why This Works:
Claude is great at big-picture thinking, but its responses feel limited for long tasks and it can tend to time-out if the chats get too long.
ChatGPT is stronger at execution, but it needs clear instructions.
When you use them together, you get crisper, more focused AI outputs with less back-and-forth and a workflow that doesn’t time-out.
📽️ I recorded a quick demo showing exactly how I do this:
🔥 Try this next time you’re stuck—let AI work like a team, not a solo act.
